Qualification
Second Class or Grade C Master's degree in one of the following: - Zoology; - Botany; - Biology; - Ecology; - Biodiversity; - Agriculture; - Forestry; - Wildlife Management; or - Wildlife Biology.
Experience
Twelve years post-qualification experience in one of the prescribed relevant fields.
Test Pattern
Total marks: 200 Qualifying standard: 40% Negative marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong answer. Part-I: 100 marks MCQ English — 40 marks. General Intelligence / Ability — 60 marks, including: - Quantitative ability - Logical and analytical reasoning - Current Affairs - Pakistan Affairs - Basic IT Part-II: Professional Test — 100 marks MCQ. Professional areas include: - Types and values of biodiversity; - Plant, animal and microbial resources; - Threats to biodiversity; - Conservation strategies; - Wildlife, plant and forest conservation; - Protected areas and ecological corridors; - Legal protection of species and habitats; - National and international environmental laws; and - International agreements relating to biodiversity.
