CSS MPT 2027 Applications Are Open
Federal Public Service Commission has invited online applications for the MCQs Based Preliminary Test for CSS Competitive Examination 2027. Candidates should complete the official online application well before the closing date.

FPSC has called for online applications for MPT CSS CE-2027. The test is scheduled for Sunday, 27 September 2026.
Do not wait for the closing date. Complete your profile, PSID payment and final application submission in advance.
Eligibility
Who can apply?
MPT qualification is mandatory for applying and appearing in the main CSS Competitive Examination 2027.
Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree with Second Division.
Age must ordinarily be between 21 and 30 years on the prescribed cutoff date.
A two-year age relaxation is available only to categories specified under the applicable CSS rules.
31 December 2026 is the cutoff date for determining age, qualification, domicile and other eligibility requirements.
Official procedure
How to apply for CSS MPT 2027
Open the official FPSC portal
Use the Apply Online facility provided by the Federal Public Service Commission.
Create an account or log in
Sign in to the FPSC online portal and complete or update your candidate profile.
Fill the MPT 2027 application
Select the MPT for CSS Competitive Examination 2027 and carefully complete the prescribed application form.
Generate the 16-digit PSID
Generate the mandatory PSID required for online payment of the examination fee.
Pay the Rs. 250 fee
Pay online through the 1-Link facility using supported ATM, mobile banking, internet banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash or a 1-Link member bank.
Log in again and complete submission
After fee payment, return to the FPSC portal, enter the remaining required details and complete the final online application.
You will leave Study Intellect and continue on the official FPSC website.
Important instructions
Before final submission
Enter your CNIC and date of birth correctly. Incorrect entries may lead to rejection.
The examination centre, once selected, cannot later be changed.
Fee must be paid through the prescribed online 1-Link / PSID method. FPSC states that old TR-6 challan, cheque, bank draft or pay order will not be accepted for this MPT application.
Admission certificates are expected to be downloadable from the FPSC website at least 10 days before the test; FPSC states that no separate intimation will be made.
Candidates are provisionally admitted at their own risk and must independently ensure that all eligibility conditions are satisfied.
